This scientific article examines the reforms carried out in the electricity sector in the context of globalization and their results, the problems that are being maintained in the network, the natural monopoly cases in the process of generating and transmitting electricity, the problems in the regulation and management of the electric power sector, and provides suggestions and recommendations on ways to overcome them.
