This article discusses an important characteristic of the labor market - the formation of human capital based on a systematic study of a set of aspects that reflect current trends and priorities for the innovative development of the economy of New Uzbekistan. The author studied the indicators of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan and singled out the transition of educational policy to an innovative model as the main criterion for improving the quality of education. Particular attention is paid to the goals and objectives of the personnel policy in accordance with the adopted Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026.
