Annotatsiya

The work is devoted to an experimental study of the temperature and concentration dependences of the Hall coefficient and electrical resistivity of double continuous solid solutions of the molybdenum-niobium system at temperatures of 77-1000K. Based on the obtained results of the temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient of molybdenum, niobium and three binary continuous solid solutions of the Mo-Nb system in the temperature range 77-1000K, the concentration dependences of RH for temperatures of 77K, 300K, 600K and 900K have been constructed. Using the obtained results on the temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient, the parameters of the electronic band structure have been calculated: the concentration of conduction electrons n, Fermi radius kF, electron velocity on the Fermi surface vF and Fermi energy EF.
