Annotatsiya

The synthesis of pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidinone derivatives (3a–c) was carried out using a one-step cyclocondensation method. The reaction of 2-amino-5-bromonicotinic acid with various lactams was carried out in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride in various organic solvents. The reaction conditions were systematically optimized, with the highest efficiency achieved when heated in 1,2-dichloroethane for 24 h. The target compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined using physicochemical analysis methods such as 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectral analysis, and melting point (MP).
