Ushbu maqolada O'zbekiston sharoitida milliy blogosfera jamoatchilik fikrini shakllantirishdagi ta'sirchan platforma sifatida yetarli darajada faoliyat olib borayotganligi, 2017-yildan buyon to'rtinchi hokimiyatning faoliyat yuritishi uchun yaratilgan erkinlikning jamiyat ijtimoiy hayotini o'zgartirayotganligi bayon qilingan. Milliy blogosferani rivojlantirishga hissa qo'shuvchi huquqiy hujjatlar qabul qilinganligi ko'rsatib berilgan.
