Quinazoline derivatives are important heterocyclic compounds with significant roles in organic synthesis and drug design, with 4-aminoquinazoline derivatives being particularly noteworthy due to their biological activity. In this study, the key precursor N-(4-(((7-nitroquinazolin-4-yl)amino)methyl)phenyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide was successfully synthesized in high yield and with operational simplicity. The structure and purity of the synthesized compound were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS, highlighting its potential as a versatile scaffold for further medicinal and biological investigations.
