This article analyzes the economic opportunities for increasing employment in Khorezm region through the developmentof small business entities on a scientific-theoretical and statistical basis. At the same time, it demonstrates the need not only to increasethe number of jobs in small business, but also to strengthen their sustainability, formal status, profitability, and capacity to generate highadded value.
