В статье рассматриваются социально-психологические механизмы развития саморегуляции в молодёжной среде. Анализируются исследования отечественных и зарубежных авторов, выявляющих влияние образовательной, профессиональной и социальной среды на формирование регуляторных умений и стратегий поведения. Особое внимание уделено роли мотивационных, когнитивных и волевых факторов, а также значению субъектной позиции, социальной активности и межличностных взаимодействий как условий развития саморегуляции. Отмечается, что формирование регуляторной компетентности у молодежи является результатом взаимодействия личностных ресурсов и внешних социальных факторов, обеспечивая успешную социализацию и профессиональное становление.
