Annotatsiya

This study explores single-layer blue light-emitting devices based on a solution-processed hybrid perovskite–polymer composite. The emissive layer was formed from bromide precursors of an alkali metal and lead using a polymer matrix and organic additives. Thin films were deposited on transparent conductive substrates by spin-coating. Optical and electrical characteristics were evaluated at room temperature. The devices exhibit stable, narrow-band blue electroluminescence at relatively low operating voltages. Current–voltage analysis reveals distinct charge-transport regimes associated with carrier injection and recombination within the perovskite–polymer active layer. The results confirm the proof-of-concept of the proposed approach and indicate its potential for low-cost optoelectronic applications.
