In this article, the quantitative indicators of the interferon gamma in the blood serum of women diagnosed with cervical cancer were studied and their clinical significance was assessed. Within the framework of the study, changes in the gamma level of interferon were analyzed depending on the activity of the tumor process, the strengthening or weakening of the immune response. The obtained results showed the presence of immunological imbalance in patients, allowing for a deeper understanding of tumor immunopathogenesis through interferon gamma indicators. This study confirms the importance of interferon as a gamma biomarker in assessing the course of cervical cancer and improving the criteria for immunological monitoring.
