This article comprehensively analyzes the structural changes and development trends of the construction industryin the Namangan region. The study studies the role of the construction sector in the regional economy, investment flows,production volume dynamics, and structural shifts between sectors on a scientific basis. It also assesses the distributionof the construction industry across regions, capital concentration, and economic efficiency. Based on empirical data, thedevelopment trends of the construction sector in the region, its contribution to economic growth, and existing imbalancesare identified. As a result of the study, scientifically based proposals and practical recommendations are developedon priority areas for the development of the construction industry, improving investment policy, and balancing regionaldevelopment.
