Target - the beneficial role of dexmedetomidine and regional anesthesia in traumatic operations. Sedation is better with dexmedetomidine, chem propofol, in traumatic operations under regional anesthesia. Sedation with dexmedetomidine in the early postoperative period has a positive effect on the reduction of cognitive impairment, reduction in intensity, recovery and activation after surgery, and during the operation, hypoxemia and arterial hypotension are observed.
