Classical ideas about the immunopathological significance of immune reactions, such as immunodeficiency after secondary injury, the development of autoimmune reactions to neuroantigens, and the induction of neurodegeneration, which complicates the process of injury, have changed ideas about the immunosuppressive and reparative effects of immunity in the body. . Such a change in ideas about the role of immune reactions over the past 10-15 years, the structure of the immune system, the functions of innate and acquired immune cells, the mechanisms of development of both harmful and protective processes that stimulate regeneration. body tissues completely or partially in THM., which is associated with data obtained in studies on the protective effect of immune processes.
