This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of authentic materials for English for Specifc Purposes (ESP)students in tourism and hospitality by applying regression analysis, correlation analysis, and factor analysis. Additionally,it seeks to develop a data-driven method to identify key determinants influencing language profciency and professionalcompetence. Using a mixed-methods approach that incorporates contextualized domain-specifc knowledge, this studyestablishes an integrated framework for material development, categorized into hierarchical levels of relevance andusability.During this process, a set of authentic texts and industry-related case studies—including brochures, menus, travel guides,and service scenarios—were selected and assessed for their alignment with sustainable pedagogical practices. Theproposed framework is designed to foster innovation and support further in-depth research by analyzing and presentingan accessible overview of the pedagogical challenges posed by various contextual and cultural factors in ESP education.This research will contribute signifcantly to addressing the ongoing needs of the tourism and hospitality sector byenhancing the use of specialized English materials in both vocational and academic settings. It also seeks to resolvetechnical design limitations, contextual differences, and other pedagogical concerns. Furthermore, it aims to bridge thegap between curriculum requirements and workforce readiness by emphasizing competency-based learning objectives.By focusing on this specialized educational feld, this study provides a solid foundation for optimizing learning outcomesand addressing the skill and knowledge gaps in ESP instruction from the perspectives of learners, educators, and industryprofessionals.
