Annotatsiya

The search for laboratory markers reflecting the degree of brain damage due to hemorrhagic stroke and making it possible to predict recovery and outcome of the disease is relevant. The article presents the results of an assessment of the prognostic significance of the level of glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor, which has neuroprotective and antihypoxic properties in hemorrhagic stroke. The average level of GDNF was statistically significantly higher than in the group of healthy individuals. An unfavorable functional outcome was observed at levels of 0,350 ng/ml in the first 48 hours of illness. In case of a favorable outcome of the disease, indicators of 0,850 ng/ml were observed. Neurological impairment was assessed using the NIHSS and modified Rankin scales.
