Annotatsiya

Hemorrhagic strokes are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Studying the diagnostic and prognostic features of neurological scales for hemorrhagic strokes is highly relevant. In this study, 83 patients with acute hemorrhagic strokes were examined. To assess the severity of their condition and neurological disorders, the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and the Full Outline of UnResponsiveness (FOUR) score were used. The FOUR score includes a detailed neurological examination, making it more convenient and practical than the GCS. It is also more accurate and reliable for predicting mortality in the early period for patients with severe disturbances of consciousness due to hemorrhagic strokes. The use of these neurological scales allows for an objective assessment of the patient's condition, the prescription of appropriate treatment, and the prediction of treatment outcomes and effectiveness for hemorrhagic strokes.
