Post-stroke aphasia is one of the most disabling consequences of acute cerebrovascular accidents, significantly reducing patients' quality of life and limiting their social adaptation. According to the World Health Organization, aphasia develops in 21–38% of stroke survivors, while complete recovery of speech function is observed in only 40% of these cases. Modern neurophysiological methods (EEG, transcranial magnetic stimulation, functional MRI) and the identification of specific biomarkers (BDNF, S100B, NSE, GFAP) offer new opportunities for objectively assessing the dynamics of speech recovery and for personalizing rehabilitation programs.
