The article analyzes from a scientific and theoretical point of view the responsibility for a sabotage crime as a crime of a terrorist nature, the legal analysis and features of this crime. The national legislative documents on subversive activities, as well as the opinions of experts in the field of criminal law, were studied. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in the article, proposals were made to improve the norms of the criminal law establishing responsibility for a sabotage crime.
