Also presented are the views of foreign and domestic scientists on the offense of failure to report information and facts about terrorist acts being prepared or being committed. On the basis of theoretical and practical analysis, the article proposes to supplement the composition of crimes of a terrorist nature, provided for in Article 1551, with other related crimes.
