This article analyzes the legal basis of the “electronic parliament” system in our country. In particular, the main regulatory documents relating to the formation of an “electronic parliament”, adopted documents on the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in parliamentary activities, measures to ensure parliamentary accountability, efficiency, openness and transparency. The role, significance and features of these adopted legal documents in the formation of the "electronic parliament" system in our country and effective operation are also analyzed in detail.
