Ta'limning dinamik manzarasida bo'lajak ta'lim menejerlari o'rtasida ijtimoiy ijodkorlikni rivojlantirish tashkilotning o'sishi va jamiyat rivojlanishining muhim jihati sifatida paydo bo'ldi. Ushbu maqola bo'lajak ta'lim menejerlarida ijtimoiy kreativlikni shakllantirishni kuchaytirish uchun tashkiliy va boshqaruv mexanizmlarini modernizatsiya qilish imkoniyatlarini o'rganadi. Nazariy asoslar va empirik dalillarni sintez qilish orqali ushbu maqola ta'lim muassasalari uchun innovatsion strategiyalarni taklif qiladi, bu esa ta'lim rahbarlarining ijtimoiy kreativligini rivojlantirishga yordam beradigan qulay muhitni yaratadi.
