The article examines the issue of the activities of Zukhra Rakhimbabaeva. She is a female diplomat with the rank of Advisor, working in international organizations, in the system of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic. Her contribution to the cultural development of the Republic, including the warm relations between India and Uzbekistan during Soviet times.
