This article analyses the organisational and economic foundations of the use of innovations in the development of the labour market under the conditions of the digital economy. The research was carried out for the period 2022-2025 on the basis of official statistical data, regulatory and legal documents and scientific literature, using the methods of analytical review and comparative analysis. As a result, the main factors influencing the innovative transformation of the labour market in Uzbekistan - the skills gap, migration dependence, regional imbalance and institutional problems - were systematised. The author has proposed an organisational and economic mechanism for introducing an AI-based forecasting platform, dual education clusters, a retraining programme for migrants and employment accelerators at technoparks.
