When engaging in football, the development of all physical qualities is observed. The activity of the various organs and systems of the body improves and develops when engaging in football. For this reason football is today one of the main factors in shaping a healthy lifestyle among the population of our country. In addition, it is fundamental in training highly qualified specialists in football and in imparting practical and theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities.
