When 11-12 year old football players engage in this sport as part of their preparation, the development of all physical qualities is observed. The activity of the various organs and systems of the organism improves and develops through engagement in football. For this reason, football is today one of the main factors in forming a healthy lifestyle among the population of our country. In addition, it is fundamental in training highly qualified specialists in football and in imparting practical and theoretical knowledge, skills and abilities.
