The modern medical education system is undergoing a cardinal transformation due to the rapid development of digital technologies and changing requirements for the professional competencies of doctors. This problem is especially relevant in the context of training neurologist specialists whose activities are characterized by a high degree of complexity of diagnostic and therapeutic solutions, as well as the need for effective interaction in interdisciplinary teams. In the context of the digitalization of healthcare, the need for specialists with not only deep clinical knowledge but also developed management skills is increasing. A modern neurologist must be able to organize work processes, make informed decisions in conditions of uncertainty, effectively use information resources, and coordinate the activities of the medical team.
