The article addresses the pressing issue of diagnosing weather sensitivity in patients with cerebrovascular diseases. A comprehensive approach is presented, integrating assessment of neurological status, autonomic function, subjective patient sensations, and instrumental examination data. The study aims to develop and validate an effective diagnostic system for identifying the degree of weather sensitivity and predicting the risk of exacerbations in cerebrovascular pathology under the influence of weather factors.
