Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the role of physical exercise in slowing the progression of Parkinson's disease and alleviating its symptoms. Clinical studies have shown that exercise positively affects brain plasticity, dopamine production, and improvement of motor functions. Aerobic, strength, balance, and coordination exercises significantly enhance movement capabilities. Physical activity increases the production of neurotrophic factors and improves cerebral blood circulation. The study highlights the particular effectiveness of exercise in the early stages of the disease.
