This article discusses how physical exercise can support brain recovery and improve functions in neurodegenerative diseases. The research findings confirm that physical activity increases growth factors in the brain and enhances the cognitive and motor abilities of patients. Therefore, the importance of including physical exercise in treatment and rehabilitation processes is thoroughly examined.
