A total of 100 patients with Parkinson’s disease at stages I–III according to the Hoehn and Yahr scale, receiving outpatient care, were examined. All patients underwent comprehensive clinical-neurological and neuropsychological assessments with a focus on identifying non-motor symptoms. The NMSS, HADS, UPDRS, and PDQ-39 scales were used for evaluation. A comparative observation of the effectiveness of standard therapy and therapy with the addition of pramipexole was conducted. Patients receiving pramipexole as part of combination therapy showed a more significant reduction in anxiety-depressive, autonomic, and cognitive impairments. Improvement in sleep and general psycho-emotional status was also observed.
