The article presents the results of study of efficacy of intranasal electrophoresis with ceruloplasmin and a course of iodinebromine baths in patients with primary forms of cerebrovascular diseases. Application of endonasal electrophoresis with ceruloplasmin and iodine-bromine baths course has a positive effect on hemodynamics, including autoregulatory system of cerebral circulation, bioelectric brain activity, a favorable effect on lipid metabolism and the functional state of the central nervous system, reduces the severity of neurological deficit. The program of endonasal electrophoresis with ceruloplasmin and iodine-bromine baths is a highly effective and safe method for the primary prevention of vascular accidents of the brain that allows to recommend it in neurological practice, both as a sanatorium and outpatient phase of medical rehabilitation.
