The establishment of law enforcement agencies in this article, specific feature, main functions,law regulating the activities of law enforcement agencies, and by-laws regulations and their content the role of law enforcement agencies in the organization of crime prevention,as well as, the organization of law enforcement activities is an existing problem in this process and opinions on shortcomings and their solutions and reviews are highlighted.
