This study examines the organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for effective management of quality improvement processes in higher education institutions. The research explores modern approaches to educational quality assurance, strategic management, and the implementation of innovative teaching and learning practices. Particular attention is given to the role of institutional leadership, faculty professional development, student-centered learning, monitoring and evaluation systems, and stakeholder engagement in enhancing educational outcomes. The study identifies key organizational structures and pedagogical factors that contribute to continuous quality improvement and institutional effectiveness. The findings provide practical recommendations for higher education administrators and educators seeking to establish sustainable mechanisms for improving the quality of education and meeting national and international standards.
