Primary headaches are one of the most common neurological diseases to date, and the role of sex hormones in their occurrence has been scientifically proven. In this article, we have described the results of our study on the amount of sex hormones (estradiol, testosterone) during the headache attack and non-attack period in migraine with and without aura during the years 2021-2023.
