Ушбу мақола эпилепсияда уйқунинг бузилиши мавзусига бағишланган. Эпилепсия ва уйқу ўртасидаги боғлиқлик кўплаб омиллар билан белгиланади, аммо беморларни мунтазам текширишда улар етарли даражада таҳлил қилинмайди ва бунинг кўплаб жиҳатлари ҳисобга олинмайди. Тадқиқотга 18 ёшдан 50 ёшгача бўлган эпилепсия билан оғриган 84 нафар бемор киритилган. Текширилган беморларда диссомнияни аниқлаш учун Питтсбург уйқу сифати индекси (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI) сўровномасидан фойдаланилди.Биз томонимиздан ўтказилган коррелятсион таҳлил тунги хуружларнинг PSQI шкаласи кўрсаткичлари билан ишончли боғлиқлигини кўрсатди.
