Workers daily diet composition analysis when done below results was taken. Wheat is plentiful. from it prepared bread (205.2%) and pasta (140.0–142.0%) consumption degree high that identified (rye of bread consumption level out of the norm much lower by 21.0% equal), and cereals (without rice) at 80 % consumption Potatoes (84.3 %), cabbage (72.7%), beets (45.0%) and watermelon products (35%) to the standard relatively less use shows, pickled cucumbers (124.0%), tomatoes (115.7%) and onion (100.0%) consumption and out of the norm high, beef (32.9%), rabbit meat (0%), poultry (72.9%), fish (35.6%), fish Low consumption of dairy products (26.7%), milk (23.3%), sour cream (24.0%), cottage cheese (0.0%), and suzma (70.0%) that was determined. The most many excess consumptions being done products — sheep meat, wheat bread, margarine, iodized salt and sugary products. Shortage and milk, cottage cheese, rabbit meat, melon products and in fruits observed.
