Introduction. In the present scientific article, the long-term and often hidden impact of numerous diseases encountered during childhood on the cardiovascular system is analyzed in a consolidated form. Unlike conventional approaches, the article analyzes not only the clinical manifestations of diseases but also the metabolic plasticity characteristic of childhood, changes in the neurohumoral regulatory system, and the direct impact of psychoemotional stressors on the cardiovascular system are examined as key indicators. Additionally, the impact of childhood infections and inflammation on the normal functional state of arterial and venous vessel walls is assessed at a subclinical level. Harmful habits that affect the cardiovascular system, closely linked to a poor diet, are also analyzed separately. Objective: The aim of the present study is to identify the mechanisms by which various long-term influences of childhood and adolescent illnesses on the development and stability of the cardiovascular system and its physiology are maintained. The aim is to study how the living environment, lifestyle, social and hygienic conditions during childhood and adolescence, and the biological adaptation processes to these conditions, leave their mark on the cardiovascular system in later life. The main objective of the scientific research is to scientifically substantiate the crucial importance of the juvenile period as a “critical period” in the formation of cardiovascular system health and to propose new perspectives for developing individual preventive measures. Materials and Methods: The materials collected for this scientific article were from the Sanitary Epidemiology, Hygiene, and Public Health Department of Samarkand City, Annual morbidity statistics from the Department of Child and Adolescent Hygiene and cases of polytrauma in patients of various age groups at the Ishtixon Health Department Polytrauma Center in Samarkand Province. - A statistical analysis of various illnesses experienced by patients during their youth was obtained by studying the medical histories of patients who came to the Polytrauma Center of the Ishtixon Health Department in Samarkand Province with complaints of cardiovascular system health. Results. According to the scientific research findings, various illnesses experienced during youth leave functional changes or traces in the cardiovascular system that do not appear immediately but persist over many years. It was found that in people who frequently fell ill in childhood, the heart's adaptation to external stressors is relatively slow, and this manifests not as a clinical condition but as an early depletion of the body's reserves. It has been noted that a person's living and lifestyle conditions, as well as the regularity of their diet in youth, independently influence the development of the cardiovascular system. Currently, the growing problems of sedentary lifestyle and improper diet, by amplifying the effects of the previous disease in the body, play a major role in turning the cardiovascular system into one that wears out more quickly. These factors demonstrate that the early-life foundation of cardiovascular health plays a role in determining later stages of life quality by reinforcing health status at an early stage. Conclusion: In the final section of this article, we can conclude and emphasize that, The various disease processes or biological damage that a person experiences during childhood and adolescence are sometimes retained in the organism's development as an irreversible functional memory. It would not be an exaggeration to call this system a complex formation akin to the process of immunity in the human body. However, this phenomenon is now reflected not only in the immune system but also in the adaptability of the cardiovascular system. It is similar to the human respiratory system's ability to rapidly adapt to climate changes in different regions. Using the research findings, immune response cells formed at an early age, in addition to performing their protective function, also exert a complex indirect influence on the internal regulatory processes that govern heart function and the normal physiology of blood vessels. This biological memory we have emphasized determines the stress resistance and adaptability of the cardiovascular system throughout a person's life until death. Therefore, it is necessary to view past health status and experience as an important determinant of cardiovascular health in the future.
