The article analyzes the legal nature of the main international treaties regulating the fight against crime, and the specifics of their consolidation in regional international treaties. Moreover, the article analyzes the directions and features of international cooperation in the fight against crime and focuses on human rights. The author widely highlighted to implement the mechanism of international cooperation in combating crime, the interrelated aspects of the directions of international cooperation from a humanitarian point of view and in this regard, it is given the opinions of various legal scholars.
