The stage of searching for new ideas is innovative pedagogy information on the basics course to create an innovative environment, school Preliminary work on updating the problems and requirements, the expression of ideas, goals, innovations, imagining the future school environment consists of. The article highlights the importance of reflexive learning technologies used in the educational process. Innovation input formation phase innovation input work actively designing, testing selected innovations, and making decisions about introducing innovations in school. Implementing the innovation input phase is an experience in school to create conditions for conducting, to analyze the experimental process. The stage of strengthening the innovation consists of psycho-correctional methodological work to strengthen the newly formed image of the school in the minds of teachers, to improve the innovative actions of the teacher. The article also contains scientific and theoretical information on the basic principles of reflexive education and upbringing, forms of dialogic communication, reflexive abilities, reflexive competencies. This article discusses the need to conduct a survey that reflects classroom conditions and methods.
