The article discusses the basics of continuous professional development of teachers through video content, including the learning process in this environment, conceptual approaches and principles of work, factor, features and its pedagogical effectiveness. Theoretical views on the features of the professional competence of teachers, the didactic model of its development through video content in the system of modern educational technologies.
