Annotatsiya

This article examines the role of the teacher in andragogical education and highlights its differences from traditional pedagogical approaches. The study is based on the analysis and synthesis of scientific literature related to adult learning theory. The findings show that in andragogy, the teacher acts as a facilitator who supports learner autonomy, encourages the use of prior experience, and creates a flexible and collaborative learning environment. Special attention is given to the importance of motivation, self-directed learning, and practical application of knowledge. The article concludes that an effective andragogical teacher should adapt to learners’ needs and promote active participation in the learning process.
