Annotatsiya

This article provides a systematic and scientific analysis of the complex interactions between conscious and unconscious psychological phenomena in the regulation of human activity. Activity regulation is the process of managing, controlling, and adapting an individual’s goal-directed actions, in which cognitive, emotional, and motivational components play a crucial role. Conscious phenomena involve processes such as awareness, decision-making, and planning, while unconscious phenomena influence activity through automatic mental mechanisms, internal motivations, habits, and psychological defense mechanisms.
