This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of extralinguistic factors in shapingthe semantic and discursive structure of legal texts. Legal texts are examined not merely as a set of linguisticunits, but as complex communicative phenomena formed under the influence of social, political, cultural,historical, and pragmatic contexts. Drawing on cognitive-pragmatic and discourse-based approaches,the study explores the functional characteristics of formulaic expressions, axiological constructions, andpersuasive strategies in judicial decisions, normative legal acts, and procedural documents.
