Artistic speech is the main source that broadly demonstrates the possibilities of imagery,aesthetic impact, and expressiveness of the literary language. It is free from the point of view of the useof language tools, and it has the opportunity to effectively use all language units available in the commonlanguage. The article expresses opinions on the formation of artistic speech.
