This article examines the study of neologisms emerging in contemporary Uzbek through corpus linguistic methods, focusing on the identification of their morphological and semantic features and their sys tematization based on concordance data. The research utilizes the AntConc software to analyze the frequency, contextual usage, collocational patterns, and structural models of neological units. Additionally, the principles for constructing a neologism database based on concordances extracted from modern Uzbek electronic corpo ra are substantiated. The article presents both theoretical and practical aspects of investigating neologisms us ing corpus linguistics, and outlines conceptual approaches to the development of modern linguistic resources.
