The methodology of teaching the Russian language begins with teaching the language to ele mentary school students. The first method of teaching the Russian language is a practical technique. Psy chological and pedagogical laws of the educational process are similar to the needs of society. At the heart of these needs are the means of communication. Communication tools determine the methods of teaching the Russian language according to the linguistic characteristics of students. The methodology of teaching the Russian language consists of literary parts, students’ language skills, grammar concepts, changes in the lan guage system over time (assimilation) and other parts of language science.
