. Formation of new scientific paradigms in the world linguistics determine the necessity of studying the problems dealing with human mind and speech activity. At present time the attention paid to the pragmatic investigation of speech units which makes mutual process of communication emerge among humans in the social life is rising. In the sphere of science which is developing rapidly, the fact that speech activity studies the problems which deal with speech acts and contexts has started as a news. This was the basis for antropocentric essence and new spheres which are connected to the human factors such as psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, cognitive linguistics, linguaculturology have beeen formed.
