The study conducted a comparative analysis of the main non-engine symptoms of Parkinsonism in 222 patients with Parkinsonism, from them with Parkinson's disease - 153 patients and vascular parkinsonism - 69 patients. An analysis of vegetative, affective and cognitive violations was made. Vegetative disorders are 2.5 times more often observed in Parkinson's disease, compared with Vascular Parkinsonism. Among them, the most commonly met common hyperhydrosis, urination disorders, constipation, salivation. Ortostatic hypotension was more often observed in Vascular Parkinsonism. Affective disorders also developed more often in Parkinson's disease, which was manifested in a more frequent development of clinically pronounced depression (34% and 15.9%, respectively). Cognitive disorders were higher in a group with vascular Parkinsonism, which was manifested in lower total values on the MMSE scale and indicated the more pronounced changes in intellectual-meal functions.
