This article analyzes methods of labor promotion in production enterprises and their effectiveness. Based on the theories of McGregor and Mintzberg, the main factors of work motivation are considered. Also, the details, advantages and differences of vaktbay and ishbay salary payment systems in current companies are analyzed.
