Today, when talking about budgeting in enterprises, they understand consistent planning and purposeful management within it, on the basis of which the future strategy of the enterprise is formed. In this regard, we turned to this study with an understanding of how relevant this issue is, defining as the main goal the disclosure of the essence and importance of budgeting in enterprise management. The article is based on the fact that budgeting in modern enterprises is an integral part of management, the importance of preliminary financial planning for making rational, effective management decisions. Also, at the end of the study, the author gives suggestions and recommendations for improving the issue of budgeting in enterprise management.
